Other limitations may apply to each download, as stated in any of the text files contained with each work if available. PDROMS does NOT, to the knowledge of it''s Staff, contain any commercially copyrighted material which does not meet ''fair-use'' legal terms, including, but not limited to, commercial console ROMS. It is not the intention of this site to promote piracy, or to steal revenue from companies that produce games. Should there be an oversight, and unauthorized material is uploaded to our server, contact the webmaster with detailed information and the item will be removed as soon as possible. PDROMs does not support Piracy, and will forward all such requests to legal authorities. All trademarks are respective of their specific owners. This site may contain adult content homebrew, but such are not public visible illustrated and can not be downloaded, even with registration. They remain locally stored to keep the archive complete. PDRoms is not responsible for any contents linked or referred to from it's pages - unless there is full knowledge of illegal contents and prevention would be possible. Each page is checked for illegal content at the time of posting. If any damage occurs by the use of information presented there, only the author of the respective pages might be liable, not the one who has linked to these pages. Furthermore PDRoms is not liable for any postings or messages published by users of discussion boards, guestbooks or mailinglists provided on his page. We maintain our pages well, tracking 'bad' tings may take a while and if they come to our attention, things will be corrected.

PDRoms uses descriptions from the original source mostly without modification. The copyright for such things will remain at it's original author. Material created by the PDRoms staff is copyrighted by PDRoms, any duplication or use of objects such as diagrams, pictures, sounds or texts in other electronic or printed publications is not is not permitted without the explicit written permission of the author or without giving proper credits. Auto parsing and publishing of news and/or RSS contents is not permitted for third party pages unless PDRoms is proper credited.

If the opportunity for the input of personal or business data (email addresses, name, addresses) is given, the input of these data takes place voluntarily. None of the files contained here is intended to produce profit, or devalue the intellectual property rights of any person or company. PDRoms does collect anonymous data to create statistics. They are for PDRoms use only and wont be sold to anyone under any situation. PDRoms and the PDRoms webboard are working with cookies. Possible banners which are shown cover the webspace costs and do not generate any kind of profit for the staff. If there are profits there are most likly drawn back into organizing coding competitions.
