  • HackMii Installer v0.6 (Wii Application)

    BootMii is a set of software that can be installed on Nintendo Wii consoles to provide added functionality, safety and convenience.

    Changes:

    HBC v1.0.5 freezes. Like forever. But only for some users. Fixed that, and some other minor hiccups. Launch HBC to update it. Or grab fresh installer. BootMii and DVDX unchanged.

  • Gecko OS v1.9.2b (Wii Application)

    Gecko OS (formerly Gecko Region Free) by Nuke lets you load Wii games from other regions.

    -cIOS use temporarily disabled – System Menu 4.2 ships with IOS249 stubs which make Gecko OS crash
    –> workaround: try to get an old IOS35 or 36 using Dop_IOS
    -homebrew channel ID changed from HAXX to JODI (HBC 1.05)
    -widescreen and alpha channel backgrounds possible

    -Fix code for loading dol/elf files
    -Change 002 error prevention method for channels
    -Add the selected hook to the channel patcher
    -Added workaround for ES_Identify issues in newer IOS revisions

    * Fixed some GB-Z80 instructions
    * DVD loading in GameCube should work now (untested and unsupported)

    * New timing and frameskip code – allows PAL gamers to play NTSC games
    * Fixed FDS/Game Genie errors

SoftDev is responsible for the original SNES9x 1.51 GameCube port, whose work was continued by crunchy2. Wii support was added by michniewski, and SNES9x 1.51 was ported by Tantric. The project is currently being maintained by michniewski and Tantric. The GUI is powered by libwiigui.
