BBC Micro Files

The BBC Micro is an 8-bit microcomputer built by Acorn Computers for the BBC Computer Literacy Project in 1981. Powered by a 2 MHz MOS 6502 CPU with 16 KB or 32 KB RAM, it uses custom Video Processing Unit chips driving resolutions up to 640 x 256 in 8 colors and a 4-channel SN76489 sound chip.
