Pocket PC Files

The Pocket PC is a hardware platform specification for handheld Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs) introduced by Microsoft in 2000. Powered by ARM, MIPS, or SH-3 processors (standardized to ARM architecture by 2002) running Microsoft Windows CE (later rebranded as Windows Mobile), it typically featured a 240 x 320 resistive touchscreen operated via a stylus. It offered touch-optimized desktop software such as Pocket Word and Pocket Excel, alongside expansion via CompactFlash or SD card slots, infrared, and later Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
