A new techdemo for the NDS. Author notes:wrote an extended palette demo. It's extensively commented (a bit too extensively perhaps) so it's really noob friendly. In addition to extended palettes, it also has hardware timers displaying the elapased time since you powered on the demo, 4 scrolling backgrounds, alpha blending, power down on lid closed and basic controls.
