The Watara Supervision is a low-cost handheld video game console released in 1992 as a budget competitor to Nintendo’s Game Boy. Powered by an 8-bit 65SC02 CPU at 4 MHz, it features a 160 x 160 monochrome LCD displaying 4 shades of grey, 4-channel sound, and runs games via ROM cartridges, with some models featuring a unique flexible hinge to tilt the display.
