The GCW Zero is an open-source handheld game console released by Game Consoles Worldwide in 2013 following a Kickstarter campaign. Powered by a 1.0 GHz Ingenic JZ4770 (MIPS) CPU with a Vivante GC200 GPU and 512 MB DDR2 RAM, it features 16 GB internal flash storage, a 3.5-inch LCD display at 320 x 240 resolution, built-in Wi-Fi, mini HDMI output, and runs OpenDingux for homebrew software and retro emulation.

ScummVM is a program which allows you to run certain classic graphical point-and-click adventure games, provided you already have their data files. The clever part about this: ScummVM just replaces the executables shipped with the games, allowing you to play them on systems for which they were never designed! Genesis Plus GX has been ported to the GCW Zero by David Knight. Genesis Plus GX is a Megadrive/Mega CD/Master System/Game Gear/SG1000 emulator. The source code is forked from the original by Charles MacDonald and heavily modified by ekeeke.
