GPF has ported NeoPop, one of the better NGPC emulators, over to the Nintendo DS. This is a very early attempt, do not expect too much. There is one integrated ROM which is a homebrew Snake clone. It is not possible to play or add something else yet. http://gpf.dcemu.co.uk/
