Release notes:Hi all,I'm fairly new to the PSP, and have been spending the last week or so learning how to play with its innards. I've come up with this little game, which is a 'port' of Vector Infector, a game being put together by one of me mates. It's a Geometry Wars inspired game. Basically, you have to kill everything that moves, except for the shiny little gems, which you collect. The more gems you get, the higher your score multiplier, and the bigger your guns get. It's still VERY beta so any feedback would be greatly appreciated!Controls:Dpad or analoggy to moveShape buttons to fireLtrigger = switch between robotron-esque and straight-ahead shootingRtrigger = freeze movement for aiming when shooting straight aheadSelect = dump screenshot to MS root (just raw, sorry!)Start = cycle music (only 1 track though, so never mind)You can grab it from here.Cheers,Smaydshttp://forums.qj.net/showthread.php?t=33882 Read more

Image provided by: gp32x.comPrBoom is a cross-platform version of the classic 3D first person shooter Doom from id Software. Originally written for PC, PrBoom has been lightly modified to run on GP2X. Release notes:With the help of theoddbot, DJWillis, Woogal, and Nickspoon, I've made a (quick) port of PrBoom for GP2X. As always, this first release is a beta. Everything sould work. I didn't put any sync code in the game itself but the provided launch script call sync at game exit. I didn't test any dehacked or additional WADs, but everything that works with (Pr)Boom/MBF and does not requires hight-res or OpenGL should work on the GP2X.http://www.gp32x.com/board/index.php?showtopic=24734http://wiki.gp2x.org/wiki/PrBoom Read more
