Harrys Hen House (14-04-2009) (A7800 Game)

GroovyBee has released a first public version of his Easter game “Harry’s Hen House”. It’s a bit similar to Chucky Egg.

WIP News:

Jumping is a slightly broken at the moment and its only two levels. Hopefully I’ll get some more levels into the next release.

I’m not sure if it’ll work on real hardware but if any CC2 owners would try it, then that would be good. I’m particularly interested in checking if the title screen looks like the screenshot in the opening post and if it declares an NTSC or PAL video system found.

Any comments and suggestions appreciated.

Have fun!

ShutTheBox v1.0 (iPhone Game)

Traditionally, the classic game Shut the Box (also known as Tric-Trac or Canoga) is played using dice. In this updated take on the classic, two dice are rolled (behind the scenes) and the sum is displayed at the top of the screen. A box, consisting of tiles numbered 1 to 9, is displayed and each tile may be recessed to cover that number.

The player must close as many tiles as they wish to total the sum; e.g., if the dice show a total of 6 then any of the following combination of tiles could be covered: (6), (5,1), (4,2), (3,2,1).

The game is lost when none of the remaining tiles are valid for the number displayed. When all nine numbers are covered, the player wins!
