PanDebian is a system for making Pandora’s Angström and Debian play together. It is not a dual-boot but a chroot; other terms include “extend” or “overlay”. It will install a debootstrap-generated chroot of Debian to a loopback file or ext{2,3}-formatted SD card and give you direct access to it (no additional X11 instance, no separate window manager). It has a simple (albeit long, multi-step) installer, and once installed it presents itself as a PND launcher, which loads a menu in the upper-left-hand corner (provided by lxpanel) to access Debian’s menu.

As of version 0.3.0 I am maintaining PanDebian on BitBucket.
Updated debootstrap to 1.0.32, added wheezy as a Debian version option (untested).
Made the installer support an update mode, to update all the PanDebian files without doing a full reinstall.
Linked /var/run/ppp to the host’s /var/run/ppp.

Pyskool is a rewrite the classic ZX Spectrum games Skool Daze in Python and pygame.

Lightweight2 is a very “leightweight”/minimalistic browser for the Pandora and possibly other systems.

Minitube is a YouTube desktop application. With it you can watch YouTube videos in a new way: you type a keyword, Minitube gives you an endless video stream. Minitube is not about cloning the original YouTube web interface, it aims to create a new TV-like experience.

Brainstorm Annual 2011 is a music disk for Nintendo DS by Brainstorm and Rebels. It has been released at the “Very Important Party 2011” and ranked #3 in the wild demo category.

Prison Break by slaeshjag is a simple game in which you must escape from prison without being seen by the guards that are looking for you.

Panorama by bzar is a UI engine based on Qt Quick. It enables creating rich and visually pleasing UI’s easily using QML and JavaScript.

TrueCrypt is an open-source disk encryption software; ported to Pandora and PND-packaged by Daniel Hertrich.

vGolf is a miniature golf game. Play the angles and try to hit the cup in as few strokes as possible. vGolf includes 4 playable 18 hole courses, 1 game mode for up to 4 players, full voice commentary, and several characters to choose from.

DSx86 is a PC/DOS emulator for Nintendo DS written by Patrick Aalto. It’s purpose is to allow you to run old DOS games on your Nintendo DS game console. Some of the older games run quite good and bring back memories.

Sorry about the past few versions having the hanging bug, it should now be fixed in this version.
