This SDK comes from http://www.gpain.com/bbs4/view.php?id=dev&no=83 and is Dev-C++ from the GPH’s GP2X SDK with the Wiz toolchain. To install it you just need to unpack this archive, and then launch devcpp.exe. Don’t hesitate to check examples.
