Frodo v4 (C64 emu for Wii)

Frodo is a Commodore 64 emulator written by Christian Bauer ( http://frodo.cebix.net ). It was ported to the Wii by Simon Kagstrom and does not share any code with FrodoWii.

It has only been tested in 480i mode on a PAL TV (the 50Hz mode gives me a headache). Sound support is slightly buggy, but usable. The emulation is not perfect, so all games will not run under Frodo. If you have multiple versions of a game, try each of them as often at least one will work.

Put .t64 or .d64 files in /apps/frodo/images on your SD card. The in-game menu allows you to insert disks/tapes, load them and configure the display, joystick ports etc. Saves will be stored on the SD card and the preferences are stored persistently. Wiimote 1 is by default the joystick in port 1 and wiimote 2 the joystick in port 2, but you can swap this.

Changes:

Merged with the Frodo trunk and build the “SC” version. This should improve emulation somewhat (although there are cases where it’s the other way around!). The palette also changes because of this.
Save prefrences together with the C64 state when saving snapshots. This is useful e.g., to have game-specific keybindings
More menu options to type common key sequences, turn on 1541 CPU emulation etc
Link with Yohanes version of SDL-Port, which perhaps brings USB keyboard support. I haven’t tested, so please test and fix the code.
Fixed some key binding bugs
Misc smaller improvements here and there

Leveltool v0.4 (Wii Application)

Missing a spirit level at home developer Alanceil decided to use the Wiimote as a replacement. Put the Wiimote on a surface you want to use as a reference and press A. This will start a calibration, and afterwards you can put it on a target surface to see its difference in inclination.

Changes:

Chg: Median instead of arithmetic mean is now used to get calibration values, this should increase accuracy.
Chg: Message class now handles text drawing
Add: Internal info on pressing B in the slider box screen
Add: Arc graph showing current tilt

Menu Patcher v1.0 (Wii Application)

Menu Patcher is an app inspired by Starfall, designed to permanently mod your System Menu. It is open source, and can easily be extended to include new patches.

System Menu patching is VERY DANGEROUS! Not only that, but this program does not check for a specific System Menu version, like Starfall does. This program also uses a guess ‘n check method for installing the patches, which makes it a little less safe to use – It will prompt you, however, if there is more than one possible patch.

This homebrew application will brick your Wii if you misuse it!

Wiilander v0.3 (Wii Game)

Wiilander is a clone of the popular classic 70s Lunar Lander game. With a big different, you don’t use buttons – instead just hold the Wiimote horizontally and rotate it to control the angle of the ship, and twist it to control the throttle of your rocket. Discover the secret word, landing on all the bases!

Either player can now reset the game by pressing the minus button
Added Syslog to simplify debugging (using TekWarriors wonderful syslog-enabled version of wiiload)
