Audacious is an advanced audio player. It is free, lightweight, based on GTK2, runs on Linux and many other *nix platforms and is focused on audio quality and supporting a wide range of audio codecs. Its advanced audio playback engine is considerably more powerful than GStreamer. Audacious is a fork of Beep Media Player (BMP), which itself forked from XMMS.

CannonBall is an enhanced Out Run Engine. Althought not an emulator it uses graphics and music via the Arcade ROM of Outrun Revision B. Most certainly the commercial ROM is not included.

RickyD by Paulo Assis is a clone of FireBird’s Rick Dangerous features levels for Rick Danderous 1 and 2. All aspects of the game, from objects to tiles and sound, maps are also written in xml, so they can be easily edited. Creating completely new maps is very easy, just create a new tileset and use a tool like tiled to put everything together. Ported to Pandora by ptitSeb.

Trosh by Stabyourself is a homage to flashy releases of energy and heat (commonly known as explosions) features Trosh, the unshakeable mountain of a person with sunglasses on his quest to space and back. Ported to Pandora by ptitSeb.

Qtractor is an audio/MIDI multi-track sequencer application written in C++ with the Qt4 framework. Ported to Pandora by Canseco.

amsynth is an analog modelling (a.k.a virtual analog) synthesizer. It mimics the operation of early analog subtractive synthesizers with classic oscillator waveforms, envelopes, filter, modulation and effects. Ported to Pandora by Canseco.

OpenMortal is a spoof of the original Mortal Kombat fighting game. Brought to Pandora by Ultra Jon.

Aquaria is a 2D sidescrolling action-adventure game, heavily focused on exploration and puzzle-solving, with non-linear gameplay (from Wikipedia). Ported to Pandora by lunixbochs.

Install instructions:

This release requires the files from a normal PC install of Aquaria to function. Include all the folders, like gfx, scripts, sfx – don’t just the stop after the “data” folder. It’s easiest if you just copy the whole app directly into appdata/aquaria.

On first launch (and on some PND updates), the launcher will take a moment to extract “overlay” data into your Aquaria appdata. This is necessary to make sure scripts and configs are up to date with the open source version.

Controls: Move with the left joystick nub, interact with the left shoulder button, and sing by pressing the right shoulder button.
