PND Manager by B-ZaR is a tool to browse online through PNDs, install and update them.

Changes:

* Fix crashing on sync
* Fix progress bar not hiding on completed download (and other issues related to the same underlying issue)
* Fix deadlock when closing PNDManager which randomly caused failed unmounting
