Snes9x EX is the SNES backend of the Emu EX Plus Alpha collection, based on Snes9x. Ported to Pandora by ptitSeb.

Changes:

* Better code for Fullscreen mode
* More compile optimizations
* Added older (but faster) v1.43 of Snes9x to the PND.
