SciLor has updated his fully skinable Tic Tac Toe game for Pocket PC’s.

Changes:

-Enhancement: Some skinning added (editable GFX-Files)
-Enhancement: Squared field
-Enhancement: Game State complete as text at the bottom
-Fix: Disallow move while CPU is moving
