PSP Adhoc IM v3 (PSP Application)

qwikrazor87 updated his Adhoc Instant Messenger for PSP.

Changes:

–Added a music menu to play music while chatting,
but it must be an mp3 song, it won’t play any other format.
–Fixed error handling
