Read Japanese v0.023 (Alpha ) (PSP misc)

Read Japanese has been udpated recently.

Changes:

new visuals and Menu
added second game mode
while learning now the sound of the symbol on the screen is played one time
without the need to press a button
tons of minor bugfixes
