Drill2x Xtreme v1.0.2 (GP2x Game)

Drill2x Xtreme is an enhanced version of Drill2x.

Changes:

-fix infinite loop in title screen fade-out by pressing volup&B (thanks edd)
-compiled with new OPEN2X libpack (sdl 1.2.11) (speed up ~+10% minimum)
-cpu clock reduce from 66MHz to 60MHz (thank to OPEN2X lib team ;))
