viDSnips 3 by IceDaddy is a basic media player library for playing short video clips on the NDS for libNDS based homebrew projects. For PALib based projects viDSnips 2 is probably more suitable as it gives better audio quality and performance. Thanks to IceDaddy himself for the news!
