Changes:
* Short-Cuts updated. Fast forward & rewind can be changed.
* Screen scaling can be saved to nesDS.ini
* gzip file supported. only .gz could work. Thanks to dszip. The decompression of large files would take a while.
* Compiled with latest libNDS (as required).
