NesDS v1.0a (NES emu for NDS)

NesDS by huiminghao is a Nintendo Entertainment System emulator for Nintendo DS.

Changes:

* fds sound added, just works.
* Mapper198 added, SRAM saving not supported.
* Sound update.
* Gesture update.
