UAPaint v1.15 (NDS Application)

UAPaint is a drawing application for Nintendo DS.

Changes:

-changed handling of directories so it shouldn’t freeze when saving on some cards now (not entirely confirmed)
-fixed screen shake with the circle tool
-code clean up
