Touch! (GBA game)

News taken from GBAdev.org:

Dave Mejia has released his first game for the GBA called Touch!

Touch! can be thought of as breakout with a few twists… The goal of the game is to move all the blocks to the bottom of the screen. Your paddle can move up, down, left or right? and you can control the speed of the ball.To clear the level you must move all the blocks within the three-minute time limit. Each time the ball hits the red line you will be penalized by a certain deduction of time.

The game includes:
+ A High Score system (not saved to SRAM though)
+ Instructions are built into the image
+ Proper credit to the people who made the game possible.

Elite: The New Kind v1.1 (GBA game)

News taken from GBAemu.com:

A port of Elite: The New Kind has been made for the GBA! It features everything found in the PC (a remake itself) and also has a nifty menu system which replaces the keyboard you would have used on the PC. A very nice port and well worth checking out. And before you say the news is old (it says January 2002 on the homepage) the binaries say 26/01/2003 so I will go with that 🙂

SID Machine v0.5 (GP32 Application)

Sasq released another SID player for the GP32. Thanks to GP32NEWS & GP32EMU for the news.

Small playsid-player using libpogo (no offical libs). Handles long filenames. Also handles gzipped files.Looks for sid.pak (in root) at startup. A pak-file is an archive of files, used to avoid the overhead of having many small file on a fat filsystem (the hvsid-collection takes about half as much space in a pak file). In this way, the entire hvsids collection takes only 60MB
