FingerMenu replaces the standard menu of windows mobile devices with a more finger-friendly one.

Changes:

— AppToDate support (not tested!!!)
– Exclusion list
– Autostart at windows boot (after cab install)
– png updated from Kraize work (thanks a lot!!)
