SetVolume is a finger friendly volume changer.
Changes:
* single installation for all resolutions
* skins are now pre-installed and unneeded ones can be deleted at the end of the installation
* config tool is now included
* settings aren’t overwritten anymore when installing over an old version
* added -close commandline parameter
