Sonic AS is a music player for Nintendo DS and GBA.

Changes:

– DS runs with variable channel count (to allow stuff like libnds sound)
– GBA mixer code has been heavily optimized
– Music code has been revised
– Fixed pitch bend stuff
– Added SFX code
