Race (14-07-2007) (NGPC emu for GP2x)

RACE! is a Neo Geo Pocket (NGP) and Neo Geo Pocket Color (NGPC) emulator for multiple platforms such as the GP2x.

Changes:

Updated the selector to v1.2 with new scripts, given it a new but simple background, given it an icon (thanks to Alex). Fullscreen HW scaling
