TweetFollow is an incredibly simple yet functional utility application, allowing you to follow new friends on Twitter with a minimum number of taps!
Just enter your Twitter ID and Password (these are stored locally on the device only, and removed when you delete the application or logout), then type the Twitter ID of your new friend.
