AES4ALL: NEO4ALL fork for emulating home and arcade NEOGEO systems. Changes:

  • MVS roms work in arcade mode(like over MAME and other emus) use -arcade.
  • faster loading.
  • Audio problems over some games solved.
  • some SDL related problems solved.
  • uses the new (last) FAME 68k core.
