UAPaint WIP (24-05-2009) (NDS Application)

BassAceGold is planing on updating UAPaint soon. UAPaint is a drawing application for Nintendo DS.

Some info on this upcoming release:

-the addition of some tools
-mp3 playback support
-gui changes/fixes
-fixed saving
-other tweaks and such
