Evil Overlord displays rules from Peter Anspach’s Evil Overlord list, a list compiled from hours of watching sci-fi and spy movies. These rules were written from the bad guys point of view and if followed will help any aspiring Overlord to take over the world, or at least hold on to what ever corner of it he has taken. But there is more to this simple app then just randomly displaying rules. You can build a to-do list of evil tasks or a list of enemies who must be neutralized. You can also send “beacon” points (google map links) of your current location to rally your henchmen to your aid.
