The goal of this project is to create a port of NetHack for the DS utilizing the unique features of the DS to create an easy-to-use NetHacking experience.
Changes:
Allow users to bind commands to individual chordkey presses (note, you can’t bind combination presses, and commands are activated when the key is released).
Added support for binding run and fight movements (movements prefixed with ‘g’ and ‘F’, respectively).
Added the ‘cmdkey’ option, which lets the user define the key used to open the command window.
Added ‘keyhelp’ option which controls whether the bindings are shown on the screen (default is now off).
Added HELPLINE1 and HELPLINE2 directives. These take key lists, which determine which keys appear in the key help, and in what order.
Moved minimap colours into a palette file (minimap.pal).
Properly ignore all input when in sleep mode.
Various commands which didn’t show a prompt now do (eg, wear, take off, eat, etc).
Fixed a bug in the default X keymapping. ie, it actually works now (the default was mistakenly set to “o,” instead of just “o”).
Fixed a bug where dismissing the “Toggle Option” key binding submenu without selecting anything would cause a crash.
Fixed a bug where responding to the “Press A…” prompt would result in the action bound to A getting executed.
Fixed keyboard colours, and changed the palette to plain text.

ZODTTD posted some news about his Playstation 1 emulator PSX4iPhone on his page.
Here is the quote:
Hello from ZodTTD!
As I had said in the beginning of the psx4iphone project, I would be working on another Sony Playstation 1 emulator alongside it. This upcoming emulator should increase performance quite a lot over the current psx4iphone. This upcoming emulator is being lead by Hlide, a very talented programmer. He even contributed some of the generator of the psx4all project’s dynamic recompiler!
Now it’s time for me to return the favor and help him bring his project to ARM platforms such as the iPhone. Hlide’s project is titled yapse4all (YAPSE- Yet Another PlayStation Emulator) and though in it’s early stages, it shows so much promise that I would like to bring some of his framework and dynarec over to psx4all. Since yapse4all currently lacks important device emulation such as the Graphics Processing Unit, Sound Processing Unit, and etc., I am able to extend yapse4all into psx4iphone. It would help Hlide by getting the ARM implementation completed, and help me by improving the core of psx4iphone. Eventually yapse4all will be in a more complete state, and could then maintain his own, more advanced, ARM arch which could take advantage of things currently not possible in psx4all such as threaded devices.
So basically if Hlide doesn’t mind this being done, soon psx4iphone could get a very large update due to his excellent work and my extension of it.
Lots of work to be done, but piece by piece it’s getting there!

pspflashsystem has updated his Lua application “Pixel Reveil”. It tries to reactivate stuck pixel, by flashing the PSP screen with lots of colors in short periods.

PSPFlash-Card is designed for students to memorize all of the “important” facts that we all need to know to pass tests. Use this to make studying easier for subjects like history.
Changes:
– First there is a new Definition mode, that allows you to see the definition and guess the terms that they define.
– Second there is a new “batch mode” that shows the cards in groups of 5, so that the hard to remember terms are repeated more often when you get them wrong. This version uses a “replenishing” system, where there is a deck of waiting cards that fills the batch all the time. That way you’ll see the trouble cards at least ones every batch size.

Pocket Physics v0.2 is out! Main new feature: Pins!
You can design scenes freely by drawing things with the stylus. Things can be solid, like ramps and floors, or dynamic, like balls or boxes. Like in The Incredible Machine, you can reset the scene, change it, and start the simulation again. It’s even more fun if you have a DS Motion, which can be used to control gravity!

ScummVM is a program which allows you to run certain classic graphical point-and-click adventure games, provided you already have their data files. The clever part about this: ScummVM just replaces the executables shipped with the games, allowing you to play them on systems for which they were never designed!
Some of the adventures ScummVM supports include Adventure Soft’s Simon the Sorcerer 1 and 2; Revolution’s Beneath A Steel Sky, Broken Sword 1 and Broken Sword 2; Flight of the Amazon Queen; Wyrmkeep’s Inherit the Earth; Coktel Vision’s Gobliiins; Westwood Studios’ The Legend of Kyrandia and games based on LucasArts’ SCUMM (Script Creation Utility for Maniac Mansion) system such as Monkey Island, Day of the Tentacle, Sam and Max and more. You can find a thorough list with details on which games are supported and how well on the compatibility page. ScummVM is continually improving, so check back often.
Among the systems on which you can play those games are Windows, Linux, Mac OS X, Dreamcast, PocketPC, PalmOS, AmigaOS, BeOS, OS/2, PSP, PS2, SymbianOS/EPOC and many more…
Release notes:
All,
I would REALLY appreciate any feedback on this new preview 2 release of the upcoming 0.11.0 release for the GP2X.
This release fully supports all GP2X’s (F100 and F200 with touchscreens) however I am not able to extensively test these releases as I do not have a GP2X.
You can download the release from the forum feedback thread here.
This should support all new games added in the 0.11.0 release including Elvira 1 & 2, Lure of the Temptress and Waxworks (Amiga version).
With the exception of a possible bugfix Preview 3 release this is pretty much what will end up as the official 0.11.0 release.
