EvolutionRGB (iPhone misc)

EvolutionRGB is a senseless and beautiful iPhone game of fire, plants and water.

It allows the player to draw on the touch screen using different elements, like fire, water and plants. These elements interact with each other, so that the screen evolves over time. The iPhone’s builtin accelerometer is used for the gravity direction so that water always falls down and fire burns upwards.

Funky Kong v1.00 (PSP Lua Game)

Funky Kong is based off the classic barrel-jumping-hammer-bashing arcade game, Donkey-Kong! Except, Funky Kong is a side-scroller unlike the original game. This time around, you’ll have to hurry and make it to the top, but by avoiding any possible danger. That includes; Falling Barrels, Spinning Barrels, Flame Enemies, Flaming Barrels and finish off by a boss battle after a level.

ScummVM GP2x v0.11.0 (Preview 3) (GP2x misc)

ScummVM is a program which allows you to run certain classic graphical point-and-click adventure games, provided you already have their data files. The clever part about this: ScummVM just replaces the executables shipped with the games, allowing you to play them on systems for which they were never designed!

Some of the adventures ScummVM supports include Adventure Soft’s Simon the Sorcerer 1 and 2; Revolution’s Beneath A Steel Sky, Broken Sword 1 and Broken Sword 2; Flight of the Amazon Queen; Wyrmkeep’s Inherit the Earth; Coktel Vision’s Gobliiins; Westwood Studios’ The Legend of Kyrandia and games based on LucasArts’ SCUMM (Script Creation Utility for Maniac Mansion) system such as Monkey Island, Day of the Tentacle, Sam and Max and more. You can find a thorough list with details on which games are supported and how well on the compatibility page. ScummVM is continually improving, so check back often.

Among the systems on which you can play those games are Windows, Linux, Mac OS X, Dreamcast, PocketPC, PalmOS, AmigaOS, BeOS, OS/2, PSP, PS2, SymbianOS/EPOC and many more…

Release notes:

Just a quick news post to point out that I have done another 0.11.0 preview release (this really is the last one I hope before the official 0.11.0 release).

You can find more information on my ScummVM news page.

Thanks to Manjuu and SBock for the help testing the fixes in the preview 3 build.

Any feedback on this release would be most appreciated as I am unable to test myself.

How to provide feedback?

In order to help me keep track of requests, bugs etc. I am asking that people kindly report such issues to the correct places (or at least copy them there). I don’t spend all my time looking at forums and bug reports placed on random internet forums are never very helpful to me (i.e. they are very unlikely to get fixed). The same applies to feature requests etc. etc.

If you would like me to consider a feature or fix a bug help me to help you by ensuring the reports end up recorded in the one official place.
Bug Reports (ScummVM’s Sourceforge bug tracker)
Feature Requests (ScummVM’s Sourceforge feature tracker)
Note: Feature Requests for 0.11.0 are closed but any requests will be looked at for the next release.
Source Code Patches (ScummVM’s Sourceforge patch tracker)
General Forum Feedback (Not Bug Reports) (ScummVM’s GP2X forum, I also check any official news posts I make to the GP32x forums such as this one)
