DSmaps is a map viewer for the Nintendo DS game console. It obtains images on-the-fly from the Google Maps ‘keyhole server’ using the Wi-Fi hardware that’s built into every DS. DSmaps came about when I was trying to think of a good project to learn DS programming and was inspired by the truly sublime mapping application on the iPod Touch.
