The port of FCE Ultra for Nintendo’s GameCube has been updated. FCE Ultra GC is a modified port of the FCE Ultra 0.98.12 Nintendo Entertainment system for x86 (Windows/Linux) PC’s. In English you can play NES games on your GameCube using either a softmod and/or modchip from a DVD or via a networked connection to your PC. Reesy has modified OpenSNES for the GP32 once more. OpenSNES is a Super Nintendo Entertainment System emulator. A few things were broken in the previous release, this should be fixed now.

Hi, here’s a major gameplay update : now you can move the cells of the matrix. Just hold FIRE and move the joystick, and the symbols on the row or column of the flashing indicator will move by one cell, according to the direction of the joystick. This makes the game more playable, and allows to clear cpu cells that weren’t clearable because of their position. ‘Blocked cells’ concept has been removed from the game. During game, you can select alternative sounds using the left difficulty switch. Scoring has been brought in the range 1-999, and level parameters have been tweaked, in an endless battle against ultra-high scores. – Simone

Franxis has released a special edition of”GP32 MAME”which is aimed to only play the game”Ghost’n’Goblins”. This special edition is using some tweaks and boosts which will be made public within the next official GP32 MAME release.
