QUASI88 v0.6.3 (Beta 1) (NEC PC-8801 emu for Wii)

Rako has updated his NEC PC-8801 emulator QUASI88.

Changes:

* Recompile by devkitPPC & SDL-r18-r81-Wii
* Support play by Classic & Gamecube Controllers
