PuzzleManiak is a port of the marvelous Simon Tatham’s Portable Puzzle Collection on Nintendo DS. All 27 games are ported on NDS: Tents, Dominosa, Mines, Bridges, Light Up (aka Akari), Pattern (aka Picross), Net (aka Netwalk), Untangle (aka Planarity), Sudoku (aka Solo), Galaxies, Slitherlink (aka Loopy), Blackbox, Mastermind (aka Guess), Map, Filling, Solitaire (aka Pegs), Sixteen, Fifteen, Slant, Rectangles, Netslide, Samegame, Unequal, Flip, Inertia, Twiddle and Pyramid (adaptation of Cube).

For this new beta version, a new feature: the Hall of fame!

The hall of fame replaces the old ‘high scores’ page.
The hall of fame is divided in 4 rankings for each game/each level:
Since the beginning of Puzzlemaniak
Since midnight (GMT)
Since the last 7 days(GMT)
Since the last 30 days(GMT)

The hall of fame stores the 20 best scores of each game/level.
That’s also the case of the Global Ranking, that is now computed for the 20 first players on each game/level (and scores are thus balanced to 200 instead of 100).

* Fixed a bug that could hang the psp when exiting with home.
* Fixed compatibility issue with Castlevania Dracula X Chronicles, and maybe more games.
– Vshmenu: it wasn’t displaying properly with psp slim TV-OUT due to the change of resolution. Fixed.
Popsloader:

TileWorld is an open source interpreter for Chip’s Challenge levels. Chip’s Challenge remains a popular game today, despite having been introduced in 1989 on the Lynx handheld.

The version that truly launched Chip’s Challenge, however, was the Microsoft Entertainment Pack version released in the early nineties. Tileworld boasts improved tile graphics and sound and fluid animation that the MS version did not.

DS WiFi is a library for Nintendo DS wifi communication. The changes are fairly minor but improve UDP support and fix a rare issue with broadcast addresses.

Detailed changes:

Added gethostname and sethostname.
Provide DNS record for localhost.
Correct minor issue with broadcast address checking.
Enable select support for UDP.
Correct code for ntoa.
Close DNS socket on no answer.
