Compressed ISOs now work. Button input now only goes to player 1’s controller instead of all controller ports. This means no more joining of a second player when pressing start in the middle of a game. Sorry about not testing v0.31 for these issues. For those of you who had problems running compressed ISOs of games, try them out now. – ZodTTD

ScummVM is a program which allows you to run certain classic graphical point-and-click adventure games, provided you already have their data files. The clever part about this: ScummVM just replaces the executables shipped with the game, allowing you to play them on systems for which they were never designed! ScummVM lets you run these adventures: Adventure Soft’s Simon the Sorcerer 1 and 2; Revolution’s Beneath A Steel Sky, Broken Sword 1 and Broken Sword 2; Flight of the Amazon Queen; Wyrmkeep’s Inherit the Earth; Coktel Vision’s Gobliiins and games based on LucasArts’ SCUMM (Script Creation Utility for Maniac Mansion) system. SCUMM is used for many games, including Monkey Island,Day of the Tentacle, Sam and Max and more. This is a test release of ScummVM for the GP2X, it would be appreciated if this alpha test distribution was not mirrored and that people be directed to http://www.distant-earth.com/scummvm instead, until the port is a little more mature, to ensure people download the most recent builds. This build is still in a very heavy state of development and as such no‘expected’ behaviour can be guaranteed.http://www.gp32spain.com/foros/showthread.php?t=27311
SuperTux also sees the daylight on the GP2x now. SuperTux is a platform game like Super Mario but just with the Linux penguin. It’s an early port without sound effects and the grapics are beeing downscaled.http://www.gp32spain.com/foros/showthread.php?t=27316

zodttd has updated his Playstation emulator for the GP2x. Changes:
HLE should now work. Remember some games simply won’t work with HLE. But try it out, as it may improve performance. Compiler options have been tweaked a bit to speed things up slightly. Code is still being cleaned up even further.

Image provided by: GPFThis is a port of CloneKeen for the Sega Dreamcast. CloneKeen is an almost almost complete open-source clone of the old classic DOS game, Commander Keen: Invasion of the Vorticons by ID Software. CloneKeen requires the original game data files to work. You can play all three episodes of the game. CloneKeen currently runs under win32, with SDL, and under Linux/X11, with SDL and now the Dreamcast.http://gpf.dcemu.co.uk/
