Categorii v1.0 (Wii misc)

Yossi released Categorii for Nintendo Wii.

Quote:

Do you have too many apps listed in your HBC? Do you rarely play apps starting with “W” anymore because it takes too long to scroll all the way down to there? Have you ever installed an app but never played it because it got lost in the clutter? Your misery ends now. Introducing, Categorii!

Ingenic-MPlayer (03-09-2009) (Beta) (Dingoo Linux Application Port)

lordbla successfully compiled the MPlayer-sources optimized by Ingenic. It can already play music and videos!

Here comes an update:

http://rapidshare.de/files/48275911/mplayer_kernels_config.tar.gz.html

Here it is, the new version of the ingenic mplayer. For an update, you only have to replace the executables and the config-file.

It has improvements and regressions. Most videos I’ve tested ran very very well, some even better then with the media-player in the native firmware, but in some ff/rev will result in a loss of video-output. That may very well be a configuration issue, a little testing by the community may do wonders here.

OSD is still disabled because it is lagging.

Please, everyone, mess around with the config-file and tell me what you experience.

Have fun. I think this release is a valuable addition to the native media-player and dingux.

MLlib v1.1.5 (Wii misc)

The MLlib (or Minishlink’s Library) is a simple library to develop on Nintendo Wii. Technically, it’s a wrapper of libogc and others librairies. Coding with this lib on Wii should be way easier and faster now!

Features:

Proper code so that it’s nice to see;
Easy for all;
Friendly functions;
Handles drawing (lol);
Sprite system;
Handles PNG images;
Special effects;
Write graphically text;
MP3 system;
MOD system;
Input (Wiimote, Nunchuk, and extensions…) system;
And much more…

Changes:

added: ML_InitRand()
added: ML_Rand(min, max)
added: Wiimote[x].IR.Angle
added: New sprite flipping system (ML_FlipSpriteX, ML_FlipSpriteY, ML_FlipSpriteXY)
added: ML_EnableClipping(), ML_DisableClipping
added: ML_IsWiimoteInSpriteEx()
modified: ML_SplashScreen(), there’s a fadeIn and a fadeOut now.
fixed: ML_FadeIn() and ML_FadeOut().
fixed: ML_IsWiimoteInSprite, it’s now working well. Don’t use ML_IsCollision and ML_IsCollisionEx for collision between sprite cursor and another sprite. Use ML_IsWiimoteInSprite instead – and that’s logical.
fixed: ML_IsCollision and ML_IsCollisionEx, there was a bug with tiled or animated sprites.
removed: ML_FlipImageX, ML_FlipImageY
