Star Fleet Omega (A2600 Game)

atari2600land released a new game for the Atari 2600. It’s a first beginning and will for sure improve over time.

Release notes:

Alien Greed 3 is done, GoSub 2 is done, Asses of Fire is almost done, so i thought i’d start another game. it’s along the lines of the classic 2600 game Star Ship, but with much better controls. It started out being a Duke Nukem parody, where Duke’s neerdowell brother Clem gets a starring role in “Clem Nukem”, but scrapped that idea since Duke is getting a new game, so I’m naming this game “Star Fleet Omega”, where you shoot at spaceships (which haven’t been implemented yet.) Go on, take a shot.

You are looking through the windsheild of one of the earth’s best spaceships. You have infinite missiles thanks to the latest weapon regenerator technology. You are the last hope against the earth’s greatest threat. You are a part of Star Fleet Omega.

I don’t know. Sounds kinda dorky, huh? I’m not that great about writing serious storylines.

DSwiki v0.1 (Beta 1) (NDS Application)

DSwiki is an offline viewer for Wiki markup, for example for the Wikipedia, Wikibooks, Wiktionaries, …

Changes:

I have released version 0.1beta1, a very important milestone. In previous versions, the data from the english edition could not be read over 2GB, resulting in a lot of blank pages (why has no one told me)

Version 0.1beta1 is supporting multiple wikis with different names, a prompt will show up at startup where the user can select one. For example, copy the files
dewiki-20080712.*
dewikiquote-20080613.*
enwiki-20080724.*
all into the root of your storage device (if it is big enough).

As usual, have fun and please report any issues here, or in my googlecode account.

RACE PSP v0.2 (NGPC emu for PSP)

RACE PSP is a Neo Geo Pocket (Color) emulator for PlayStation Portable.

Release notes:

As promised, RACE! PSP, the NeoGeo Pocket and Pocket Color emulator is now available. Like the original release by Flavor, this version does not feature state saving, however, it does save flash memory information routinely (either when exiting to the emulatorรขโ‚ฌโ„ขs menu, or to the XMB). State saving is planned for a future release, however. Again, many thanks to Flavor for his original PSP port.
