Money Man by Byte Knight is a rather new Atari 2600 game, released end of October 2013 and constantly updated. You play a Sailor that runs around and collects money, avoiding Hellkats and Terry Dactyl. Bombs drop out of the ceiling that turn into eggs that eventually hatch into enemies. If you can grab the eggs before they hatch, you can chuck them at your enemies.

VCMI Heroes 3: In the Wake of Gods is a rewrite of the Hereos 3 Engine and requires it’s original data files. Main intention of the reverse engineering was an authentic engine along with the addition of new functions. Ported to Pandora by yeoldegrove.

Litecoin is a peer-to-peer Internet currency that enables instant payments to anyone in the world. It is based on the Bitcoin protocol but differs from Bitcoin in that it can be efficiently mined with consumer-grade hardware. Litecoin provides faster transaction confirmations (2.5 minutes on average) and uses memory-hard, scrypt-based mining proof-of-work algorithm to target the regular computers and GPUs most people already have. The Litecoin network is scheduled to produce 84 million currency units.

One of the aims of Litecoin was to provide a mining algorithm that could run at the same time, on the same hardware used to mine bitcoins. With the rise of specialized ASICs for Bitcoin, Litecoin continues to satisfy these goals. It is unlikely for ASIC mining to be developed for Litecoin until the currency is widely used.

OpenTTD is an open source clone of the Microprose game “Transport Tycoon Deluxe”, a popular game originally written by Chris Sawyer. It attempts to mimic the original game as closely as possible while extending it with new features. Ported to Pandora by Canseco.

mhWaveEdit is a graphical program for editing, playing and recording sound files. It is lightweight, portable, user-friendly and handles large files very well.

The program itself has only simple editing features such as cut’n’paste and volume adjustment but it can also use Ladspa effect plugins and the effects provided by the SoX application. It can also support additional file formats besides wav through libsndfile and mp3/ogg import and export through lame and oggenc/oggdec.

For sound playback and recording, mhWaveEdit supports OSS, ALSA, Jack, SDL, PortAudio and EsounD.

Version 1.4.23 : Recompiled the latest sources, made the app start in a big window, made Pandora params default at start so no need to change much (but you still need to enable mic on XFCE)
