Priiloader is a modified version of the officially discontinued Preloader. Preloader is a small application which places itself before the System Menu. Its main feature is to directly boot the Homebrew Channel or a file you can install from a FAT device. Preloader is also able to apply memory patches the system menu to remove limitations or other things. Warning! This homebrew makes permanent changes to your Wii’s flash memory (NAND) and should be used with caution.

Changes:

Added support of all versions of the EU/US system menus(JP/KR are untested)
New entrypoint. this means :
Old forwarders should work again
Many other memory related restrictions should be gone.
Added support for more usb hard drives
Added an option to ask for a password either when entering priiloader menu or doing autoboot. (NOTE : this -CAN- lock you out of your own wii. please be very careful with this)
Added a menu to list all installed Wiiware/VC titles and start one
Added a new magic word to force system menu to be started. (the word is “Pune”)
Added an option to redirect Gecko output to the screen instead of to a USBGecko(NOTE: this slows down priiloader DRASTICLY)
Fixed loads of minor bugs

Pickle released GLQuake for the Wiz, it’s a Quake engine using nanoGL wrapper. This new version now works with actual firmwares (1.1.0). You must install the OpenGL libraries!

Release notes:

Thanks to jbmaster of gph for providing a patch that fixes the texture issue. All textures should be present. The default for gl_max_size is still 128, although 256 looks so much better, the downside is missing skins, I believe from lack of memory.
