AnyTitle Deleter MOD v4 (Wii Application)

AnyTitle Deleter MOD is an unofficial mod by Red Squirrel of tona’s AnyTitle Deleter.

It keeps all original tona’s AnyTitle Deleter functions but it allows the program to show the real names of titles instead of just ID numbers, making it easier to select which ones you actually want to delete.

From MOD v3 it has some new features, as a installed titles backupper, or the possibility to exit rebooting the Wii.

Changes:

-Now the backup function will save the title’s name too (taken from external database.txt!)
-Now the program will take only the first 40 chars of the title name from database.txt (to fix visualization issues)
-Removed the attached WAD to avoid legal issues.

Dream Photo Manager v1.0.0 (Dreamcast Application)

Dream Photo Manager 1.0.0 a program that can be used to manage the images on a Dreameye camera. This coincides with the release of the new KallistiOS Dreameye driver in KOS SVN r626. As for what Dream Photo Manager does, it allows you to browse and delete images from the Dreameye. Since its use is confined to the Dreameye, it is pretty pointless if you do not have one.

NDSMail WIP (NDS Application)

It has been silent once again around bronto and his NDS email client “NDSMail”. Here are some work in progress news, which probably proofs that the project is not dead at all:

Soooo… what’s happening with NDSMail ?

I started working on Skinning-Support several months ago, but never got quite around to finish it (at least, it did not break anything).

Recently, I wanted to release a build with the latest version of the dswifi library, but that did not work out: the old GUI code (which was based on libfb, but with some nasty hacks added) did not work with the latest devkitpro. Debugging this would have been really painful (remember the nasty hacks?). So I decided to rewrite the GUI part. Luckily, I pretty much kept presentation and logic “almost” separate in the code, so this is not as bad as I imagined after looking at my GUI code hacks. Did I really write this crap myself?

I might blog about the technique I used to pass messages between those two layers if anyone is interested. But for now, I’m trying to build a new GUI for NDSMail, most probably by using the woopsi library, which has a really weird name, but is pretty well documented. Stay tuned…

512 Byte Pong (A2600 Game)

Wickeycolumbus has seen a lot of 1k games for Atari 2600 recently, so he thought to make one up the half size.

Release notes:

I’ve been seeing a lot of 1K mini games lately, and I wanted to take a stab at making a game with a small amount of ROM. I managed to squeze Pong into only 511 bytes (one byte to spare!). It is 2 player only (no room for AI) and uses joysticks and no sound (no room for that either). It took me a couple of hours to complete. Here is the Binary and Source. Enjoy!
