Picodrive v1.32 (Genesis emu for GP2x)

Picodrive is a Megadrive/Genesis emulator for the GP2x by notaz.

Changes:

* Fixed DMA timing emulation (caused lock-ups for some genesis games).
* Idle loop detection was picking up wrong code and causing glitches, fixed.
* The ym2612 code on 940 now can handle multiple updates per frame (fixes Thunger Force III “seiren” level drums for example).
* Memory handlers were ignoring some writes to PSG chip, fixed (missing sounds in Popful Mail, Silpheed).
* Improved z80 timing, should fix some sound problems.
* Fixed a bug with sram register (fixes Phantasy Star 4).
* ROM loader was incorrectly identifying some ROMs as invalid. Fixed.
* Added code for PRG ram write protection register (Dungeon Explorer).
* The memory mode register change in 1.31 was unsafe and caused some glitches in AH-3 Thunderstrike. Fixed.
* Fixed a file descriptor leak.
* Updated documentation, added Gmenu2x manual.

ZX-81 goes GP2x? (GP2x misc)

ZX-81, a well known author of emulator ports on the PSP, has recieved a GP2x. It seems he is willing to develop on GP2x too, which will be a great profit for all GP2x Users!

FlowFlowMania v0.5 (GP2x Game)

FlowFlowMania is a remake of the classical puzzle game Pipe Mania on Linux with GP2X compliance.

Changes:

– more level samples
– new “mandatory checpoints”
– play field background
– some bugs fix

Sleep’n’Wake PSP v1.0 (PSP Application)

This is a little app for the PSP which gives you the possibility to doze off with your favourite chill-out music playing silently and wake up with some loud and hard music (or even with the beep.wake.mp3 in the package) with volume maxed at a predefined time.

Features so far:
– Full cbr/vbr/abr 8kbps-320kbps 44.1kHz MP3 support
– MP3 can be of arbitrary length
– Manage different playlists for Sleep and Wake modes
-> add / remove mp3s
-> save / load playlists
– In Sleep mode you can set a special, more silent volume
– Wake mode is entered at a preset time with volume maxed (you can always adjust the maximum volume with the VOL + and – keys)
– Write yourself a message which will be displayed in Wake mode
– USB Mass Storage can be enabled/disabled within the app

DS81 v1.2a (ZX81 emu for NDS)

DS81 is a Sinclair ZX81 emulator for the Nintendo DS.

Author notes:

Just a quick patch release to DS81 to fix a problem where it was assumed that the directory routines returned filenames in upper-case. As ever, grab it from the DS81 page.

ZXDS v0.0.3 (Alpha 1) (ZX Spectrum emu for NDS)

ZXDS is an upcoming emulator of Sinclair ZX Spectrum for Nintendo DS, written by Patrik Rak. It is still in a very early stage of development, but it already has some noteworthy features, like emulation of Spectrum 128k or TAP/TZX support.
