DS2x86 by Patrick Aalto is a PC emulator for Nintendo DS. It’s purpose is to allow you to run old DOS games on your Nintendo DS game console. DS2x86 is a port of DSx86 port using the SuperCard DSTwo’s MIPS processor, therefor it will just run with such a card.

Changes:

– Very preliminary paging support, for now only works in Descent 2 Demo with no sound.
– Fixed a bug in REPNE string opcodes which sometimes used the REPE versions instead.
– Ignore read from VGA port 0x3D8 (WIN386).
– Some other minor fixes and enhancements.

Diablo2 Sorceress Project is a recently resurrected DS homebrew made by LeRodeur. AnyLanguageStudy is an application for studying Japanese words, grammar and characters. It also includes vocabulary lists of other languages, e.g., Chinese and Korean. You’re also able to create your own word lists for the language you’re studying (see README.txt).

Changes:

* Pressing TRIANGLE will reset the timer.
* Pressing SQUARE will hide/reveal the pop-up text.
* Remembering the Kanji list now uses larger images, a different layout, has been separated into two lists, and break points have been added.
* Country Flags list now uses continent/region break points instead of alphabetical.
* Extra styles. (4-6 are designed for image lists that use the left half of the screen for images, they simply have a modified ‘right.png’)

Mines and Flowers is a puzzle game with simple rules. You have a grid with mines and flowers. The object of the game is to turn all the mines on the grid into flowers. When you click on a cell with a mine, that one and the four adjacent cells will change to a flower and viceversa.

SuperTux is a classic 2D jump’n run sidescroller game in a style similar to the original Super Mario games covered under the GPL.

Changes:

1. Enabled the mouse. I believe it didn’t work in my PND or the original as they were using a modified version of libSDL. I’m going to use the default one on the Pandora and see if it causes any problems.
2. The level editor now works on the 800×480 resolution.
3. I’ve included documentation with some basic Pandora specific instructions plus the README from the original game.
4. Added more screenshots for it (my screenshots were taken on my desktop, and are 640×480, if anyone wants to provide proper 800×480 screenshots, you’re more than welcome). I also changed the icon to be the icon from the original game. You’re welcome, milkshake!
5. Added the “Tux Strikes Back” levelset. Can be found under “Bonus Levels”.

If you’ve played Columns then you know what Crystal Stacker is all about. Match 3 or more of the same color crystals either horizontally, vertically, or diagonally to destroy them. For every 45 crystals you destroy, the level increases and the crystals fall faster. The higher the level, the more points you are awarded for destroying crystals.

CBZ-Reader by Isendrak Skatasmid is a ComicBook Zip (CBZ) file reader written in Python using Pygame for Caanoo. It uses PickleLauncher to select the file to read. This is to be considered as a beta version, please report any errors to get, so they can be fixed.
