StarHawk 4k (29-09-2007) (A2600 Game)

s0c7 has updated his game StarHawk 4k.

Changes:

Score – 25 pts for a close (large) alien, 100 pts for a far (small alien), & 1000 pts for blowing up the space station.
High Score – wait a few seconds when the game is over and the score will alternate between your current score (white) and the high score (green).
Small intermission between space stations (So there’s no confusion – this is taking place on the alien homeworld. The Zoltar type is getting reamed by his leader for letting you blow up the space station). Hit fire to start the next level.
A few other minor odds and ends.

iPhone Oblique v0.0.1 (Rev 4) (iPhone misc)

This is a deck of cards for the musically inclined. They can be used to solve problems with rather “oblique” answers.

This project was inspired by the Dashboard widget of the same name. This project was created in order to experiment with the coverflow style flip animation as well as device orientation. I had a hard time figuring this stuff out so I thought I would post the source code for others.

– Tap the card to flip over
– You can swipe thru cards at random by swiping the display only when the card back is showing.

Try swiping in every direction.

Downgrade from iPhone FW v1.1.1 to v1.0.2 (iPhone misc)

THIS METHOD WON’T DOWNGRADE YOUR BASEBAND OR UNLOCK YOUR PHONE AGAIN

Preliminary reports say that the OS is downgrading but the modem firmware is not (aka, the modem firmware stays at 04.01.13_G instead of downgrading to 03.14.08_G). This allows use of Wi-Fi but not GSM functions (phone/edge/sms) unless you’re using AT&T. Note: this only applies to fresh out of the box 1.1.1 or phones upgraded from 1.0.2 that was never unlocked. 1.1.1 iPhones that were previously unlocked at 1.0.2 with methods that fake the bb firmware version will have their firmware version remaining at 03.14.08_G.

NES.app v1.7.1 (NES emu for iPhone)

NES.app lets you play Nintendo games on your iPhone. It is a fully functional, feature-rich Nintendo emulator.

NES.app uses an emulator core we call NESCore, which we’ve forked from pNESx and InfoNES and re-engineered as a highly-portable and high-performance Nintendo emulator core.

In order to use NES.app, you will need ROM images of Nintendo games. ROM images are files containing the dumped instruction code from a physical cartridge. In many cases, you are legally entitled to posess a ROM imageof any game that you presently own. ROM images for NES are widely available online, or with the appropriate hardware, you can dump them yourself directly from the cartridge.

NES.app started as a fork of iPhoneNES v0.01, but has been completely rewritten to run very fast, and with many additional features including sound, multitouch support, full-screen, landscape mode, game genie codes, saved games and much more. It now contains zero code from the original iPhoneNES project.

Changes:

[jordan] CPU clocking tweaks
[nervegas] All games appear to work well with clock 339 now, new default
[nervegas] Removed palette B (vivid), all shift left

Pandora Installer for 3.xx Kernels (Revision 2) (PSP Application)

Hellcat has updated his Pandora Installer for 3.xx Kernels.

Changes:

Revision 2: Now you can now also perform the actions on the memorystick, you so far needed to use “mspformat” and “msint” on the PC for! That is repartitioning and formatting the memstick to reserve some space for the MS IPL and then install the IPL (MSIPL.BIN) into that reserved area. The “Pandora Installer for 3.xx” holds options to perfom those tasks with a simple button press! No more hazzeling around with the command prompt tools.

….and yes, can use this to install ANY msipl.bin, not only the original one (Boosters multiboot, for example)

Please follow the instructions CAREFULLY if you use this application!
