Release notes from Erica Sadun:
First of all, this was not my idea. The inspiration was from GeeZuzz (I hope I got that nick right!) who figured out the big idea but it took several weeks of hacking to get the iPhone details working so I take a little credit too.
Download a copy of the Listen beta. It’s still *very* beta. Install it on your iPhone, get near music and run it. It will sample the music for 5 seconds and then attempt to contact the id server. If it succeeds, great, you’ll see the song, artist and album. If it fails, nothing happens. You just wait 30 seconds and if you haven’t gotten an ID, quit and restart the program.
Let me know how it goes.

After letting us sit in the dark without proper information, ZodTTD has uncovered his “mysterious project”.
Here is the quote:
Hi everyone. I just finished my initial build of my “mystery projectâ€. It is now being tested by those in the Beta Testers Club as it has now been put on the beta repo.
So what is this mystery project you ask? Well to some, it was of little to no mystery. I’m a big fan of OpenTTD (Transport Tycoon Deluxe) made by the great team at www.OpenTTD.org.
I have successfully ported OpenTTD v0.6.0 Beta 2 to the iPhone and iPod Touch and it runs great! The only thing missing is network play and sound+music. Sound and music will be attempted for v1.0.0.
I am giving this project the name “OpenTTD.appâ€. OpenTTD.app will bring the fun of the tycoon simulation genre to the iPhone and iTouch and will be made public shortly. 🙂
Thank you for your continued support of my projects!

ZodTTD, coder of PSX4iPhone and gbSPhone is working on a new project.
Here is what he wrote:
A completely new project from ZodTTD is on it’s way to an iPhone and iPod Touch near you! What is it? It’s currently a mystery. 😉
But I will say it will be fun to play, and will be ready for the Beta Testers Club this week if all goes well. This is all happening alongside large updates to psx4iphone. Very exciting news to come!
