Luma GBA by pmprog is a puzzle game for the Game Boy Advance.

In the game, your goal is to slide batteries, lasers and mirrors around so you can light the targets within the given shift count. With 128 levels, this game will keep you occupied for hours and test your puzzling skills to the max. Play in ‘Normal Mode’ and try to complete the levels within a designated number of shifts, and return to where you left off using level codes on each level. Or if you feel like a more casual game play in ‘Practice Mode’ to test any of the levels with no shift limits, you can always try that as well.

The game is about a monkey, who goes on an adventure to explore the world and face different enemies. There are many traps and climbing places, so better be careful when you jump across them. This game is still in development. As the author himself says, “The levels are being designed by my 14-year-old daughter and I am dealing with the rest of the development. Currently we have completed three levels and we are working on to extend the game and make it complete. We wanted to create a platformer similar to the Mario series, but picked a monkey character and so we made this game with words in the title and the game logo.” ​

The story of the game follows two characters, Mindy & Bryan, who get lost in the Woods. As night falls, the Witch of Slumberville sends out her ghosts to grab them. There are a lot of intro and dialogue scenes in the game which keeps the suspense. You will encounter many sleepy ghosts hovering and looming to get you. Be careful of all of them and keep yourself awake and ready. ​

Nightshift by invertedHat is a simple arcade collect ’em up Game Boy developed for the BeansJam ’22.

You are working in the nightshift and desperately need to try to stay awake. Drink Kola to stay awake, which lets you gain time. But be aware of the hot milk with honey as it will make you drowsy and you will lose time. When you run out of time, you will fall asleep. You move automatically, use the ‘D-Pad’ to change direction and use ‘A’ button to confirm and equip items.​

The game features 12 levels over 3 distinct worlds. Be ready, not everything is as it seems. To complete this game, you will have to think outside the box. It’s complex, but it’s amusing. You can either play your wits here and finish the puzzles or you can sit back and get stuck in levels.​

The story of the game follows Jack. You’ll help him by stealing a bag of gold from the Giant’s Castle, hovering above in the skies. Once you’re inside, you’ll be confronted by several rooms and in each room there are perilous obstacles to overcome before you can proceed to the next. You can jump from ledge to table or table to ledge to try and escape these monstrous creatures and terrible objects, and go on to the next room. Get Jack out with the treasure before a horrible fate befalls him!​

Hugo is a collector who decides to get local currency from every country. To do this, you have to travel to 9 different countries, but beware, because no one in those countries likes their money to be taken by anyone. You need to help Hugo in this difficult mission. Survive the obstacles and return back safely!

In this game, you are a paintbrush and must paint around all the boxes to complete the grid. To stop you, there are 1-3 monsters which will make their way around the grid. If you hit the monster you will lose one of your lives and you only have three lives. As the game continues, it speeds up, making it more difficult. A presentation can be opened from the game, in which the basic elements are explained. It is an addictive game for wacky players.​

Dimmet by punkweight is an endless first-person dungeon-crawler made with PICO-8.

In this game, you find yourself in a seemingly endless dungeon. You are lost and have an urge to just keep going deeper. As you go deeper, you start to encounter ghosts, skeletons, and other monsters. You can collect gold as it can be used to buy health, weapon upgrades, and special items. When you are in a combat you must choose to block or attack. After your turn, the enemy will attack. The enemies’ health and hit chance will increase after every shop. You can also use special items. The special items list includes:

• ‘Run’ allows you to escape an encounter.

• ‘Defence’ gives you an armour and will protect you from the next hit.

• ‘Bomb’ will harm the enemy.

• ‘Full heal’ will give you full health.

When you die, your run will be over and you must start again from room 1.​

In this game, you play as a Vampire who pushes other Vampire Hunters into spikes in small puzzle-like levels. However, you must be careful as the Hunter’s blood is deadly to you. When you push the vampires, you should be careful that you don’t push them too far off the wall or they’ll get stuck in the croner and you’ll have to reboot the game again.
